Warranty

Twin Loop Binding Pty Ltd and General Business Supplies (GBS) offer a 12 month warranty on all our machines and binding products. Warranties on machines are in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty against original factory imperfections in material and workmanship.

The Warranty covers all labour and spare parts that may be required as a result of manufacturing. General usage, wear and tear or misuse is not covered under Warranty.

The product must be returned to the Twin Loop Binding’s office for repair. Should any defect in the product become apparent within the period of this Warranty, the Purchaser must immediately contact Twin Loop Binding or General Business Supplies.

Transportation and freight costs involved in the sending and return of the product to the Twin Loop Binding office is the responsibility of the Purchaser unless stated otherwise.
