Ideal for publications needing longevity, display and archival durability. The cover is a front and back board with interior endpapers supplied by us; cover edges are turned onto the inner boxboard for structural reinforcement, creating the characteristic overhang of a quality hardcover.

Case binding set-up guidelines
- Print covers on 170gsm to 180gsm
- Front and back cover: finished width and height + 5mm each
- Spine: text block thickness + 5mm
- Allow a 15mm bleed turn-in on all four edges
- Centre front and back cover images allowing for the 8mm hinge (part of the cover)
- Do not supply covers with crop or trim marks
- Hint: for A4, supply text at 297 × 207mm (includes bleed) and use a 450 × 330mm sheet for the cover — the finished book is 297 × 210mm
