Half Canadian binding set-up guidelines
- The cover wraps the spine: back cover, spine, then front cover, with a crease for punching on the back cover
- Front and back cover width = text width + 8 to 20mm, depending on the wire size
- Spine width runs from 9mm (5/16" wire) to 35mm (1 1/4" wire)
- The punch crease sits 8 to 17mm from the spine, depending on the wire size
