Machine Warranty

Twin Loop Binding Pty Ltd offers a 12-month warranty on all our machines and binding products. All QUPA machines come with an additional 12 month (ie 24-month) warranty.

Our range of quality machines are inspected and sent out in proper working order. Should any defect in the product becomes apparent within the warranty period, the Purchaser must immediately contact Twin Loop Binding.

Warranties on machines are in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty against original factory imperfections in material and workmanship.

The Warranty covers all labour and spare parts that may be required as a result of manufacturing. General usage, wear and tear, or misuse is not covered under Warranty.

The product must be returned to the Twin Loop Binding’s office for repair. Transportation and freight costs involved in the sending and return of the product to the Twin Loop Binding office are the responsibility of the Purchaser unless stated otherwise.
