Calendars with Hangers

Please remember to keep your image at least 15mm away from where we will be punching the “Thumb Cut” / “Half Moon”. This is the area on the calendar where the hanger will be positioned. All other text should be 10mm away from where we will be punching
If your front or back covers are a different size from the text sheet size, then it’s better to supply these to us uncollated
There is no need to supply divider sheets unless we are supplying PVC Clear covers or backing boards
Hangers are available in two standard colours, black and white. Other colours are available on an indent basis and will need to be ordered from overseas, and this may take up to an additional two months

Calendars with Stands

Please remember to keep your image at least 10mm away from where we will be punching
There is no need to supply divider sheets unless we are supplying PVC Clear covers
Please make sure that the size of the text once bound will be at least 10mm smaller than the side of the tent card, allowing it to sit off the table
Stands (also called tent cards) need to be supplied flat and scored

Half Canadian Binding

Please remember to keep your image at least 10mm away from where we will be punching
There is no need to supply divider sheets unless we are supplying PVC Clear covers
Remember to factor in the additional crease for punching. Please refer to the Set Up Help_Half Canadian Layout Guidelines
Covers need to be supplied flat and scored. If required, we can offer a scoring service

Full Canadian Binding

Please remember to keep your image at least 10mm away from where we will be punching
There is no need to supply divider sheets
Remember to factor in the additional size for back covers. Please refer to the Set Up Help_Full Canadian Layout Guidelines
Covers need to be supplied flat and scored. If required, we can offer a scoring service

Time Critical Jobs and Production Planning

Please email us your Purchase Order, together with the Twin Loop Estimate Reference Number, so that we can prepare a work ticket for allocation of the incoming job to our production schedule. This will help us meet your deadline.
